At Premier, we work in very close contact with all translators for the duration of the project however sometimes it’s hard to keep track of what’s going on. This is why we use an advanced Content Management System which allows each of our clients to access their own portal and see how we’re doing with your translation. It also allows our more frequent clients to simply ‘drop’ their documents into our inbox. One of our project managers will then pick up the document, analyse it, quote you for it and be ready to commence the translation as soon as you give us the go ahead. Our translators also have access to the portal for that particular project so they can log in and work on the document whilst you wait. This also means that for the duration for your project, although you won’t have contact with our translators you can see what stage they are at with your content.

On top of the CMS software we also work with several translation management tools which allow us to analyse your documents quickly and accurately, checking for repetitions thus providing you with the lowest quote possible. These tools are particularly useful for our translators as they can translate faster and more consistently and also create their own vocabulary dictionaries suitable for your next project. The more projects we work with you on, the larger the dictionary you will create thus the lower your overall costs.

Our project management team is also officially trained and certified to use the software systems so you can be sure we are working as efficiently and accurately as possible.
